Was tasked to identify data sources, import data as necessary, update, and manage the GeoBase dataset for Dobbins ARB, ensuring compliance with standards, including the SDSFIE and FGDC geographic data standards. Traveled to predetermined locations for field verifications and data collection. Responsible for collecting data using a handheld Trimble GeoXT ProXRS GPS unit and incorporating collected data into the Dobbins AFB database.
